went for Engin Camp and Oweek after i quit work. i didn't realise how much i've been missing out ever since i started work. had alot of fun in both camps and enjoyed all the night HTHT sessions. thanks to all the hard work the OGLs and councillors had put in, the enthusiasm shown by the freshies, and lastly and more importantly my Engin Camp OG mates (especially clara gerald joosiong eunice and ben) for participating in oweek with me. the camp wouldn't have been so much fun if not for them. i'll be uploading some camp photos soon ^^

my mum went to hokkaido!! i want to go with her but i have to work! i think i've become a workaholic. after office work half the time i still need to rush down for tuition. let june come soon so that i can take a breather! i wonder how those working mums cope with housework and work :\

Just came back from taiwan!! It was worth my money. Cheap food, cheap clothes, cheap lodgings, and most important of all, fun with my friends! i'm really grateful to my parents for letting me go on the trip even though there wasn't any adult supervision - i'm not saying that we're still kids, we're a legal EIGHTEEN and even nineteen for some old people like maxine, but still, i know my mum will worry and stuff. i shall not post about the whole trip cuz i'm lazy and cuz i bet people like jingwen will post everything. i shall just highlight a few fun events of the trip.

1. jialin is secretly in love with me!! everywhere i go she follows! like when i walk in front of the whole group, jialin will suddenly appear beside me, and when we sit in the bus jialin will always have an empty seat beside her. i bet she shoo-ed all the ppl away from sitting there!!

2. maxine and olivia have a butt fetish!! ever since we went to ye2 liu3 on the 4th day, they've been touching our butts, mainly mine and jialin, dunno why we so suay. i bet they're secretly in love with me too.

3. i was the only one to have a cold shower!!! taiwan was colder then what we expected. we expected the temperature to be like air-con temperature, but it was like freezing cold for the first 4 days and the clothes that we brought weren't very well suited for those days. anyways, the rest of them always bathe at night except for me and maxine, who would bathe in the morning. for me, its because i dun wan to wait for my hair to dry before i sleep. i rather sleep earlier and wake up earlier to bathe than wait for jingwen and limin to finish bathing before i get to bathe and wake up like 15 mins later in the morning. then maxine see that i sleep until dam shuang so she also bathe in the morning like me. den on the first morning maxine woke up at 5.50am (its a miracle cuz for the other 5 days she was always the last to wake up despite all threats) by herself to bathe, but she made alot of noise digging out her bathing stuff so i woke up as well and i watched her as she tried to find the toilet light switch. in the end she cannot find and went back to sleep, so 10 mins later (about 6.10am) i got up and went to bathe and i found the switch. and i think the hotel doesn't switch on the heater between 3am-7am so i got a cold shower!! it was so cold that i took like 5 mins to bathe! later on, maxine bathed after jingwen and limin was done with using the toilet at like 7.10am and the heater was on!!!

4. during breakfast at the hotel on the 2nd day, me and maxine went to the eating area late cuz i was waiting for maxine to finish bathing to go up together. so most of the others were done eating by the time we reached. me, maxine, ying and jialin shared a table. i took 2 pieces of toasted bread and some other food. i started eating the 'some other food' first, and jialin was watching me (told u she was secretly in love with me). then, a conversation went like this:
jialin: germaine, can i help you spread the butter on the toast? i'm so bored.
me: okays. wait!! u this morning go toilet got wash ur hands?
jialin: no (jokingly)
ying: this morning she da bian!!
me: did u wash ur hands with soap after u da bian?!
jialin: hahaha! never! actually got la, a little bit
me: eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!
maxine: nvm what, she take the knife with her right hand and the bread with her left hand then she wiped her butt with her right hand so her left hand is clean. (actually she wiped using toilet paper and not right hand hor)
me: oh ya hor... EH NO!! then when she washed her hands she rubbed both hands together what!!!
maxine: YAAAA!!!!
jialin: hahahaha

haha, i can't think of anymore right now. but for those 6 days we woke up between 7am-9am each morning, shopped and ate till 11:30pm-12.00am before we returned to the hotel, each of us carrying quite a few bags back, bathed till 2.00am-3.30-am (with the exception of maxine and me), and woke up at ard 7am, and the cycle went on like that. we shopped like 15 hours a day! it was really a shop-till-you-drop trip, but the trip was really fun and satisfying!! tasted many nice food (JI1 PAI2!!!!!) and bought alot of clothes and food for our families and friends. i spent like 2115NT/s$95 on 5 DBSK albums! now i'm only missing the mirotic album out of the 8 albums :D think only maxine spent less than me, even though i spent alot on the CDs. and my luggage was the lightest there and the 1st or 2nd lightest back!!

X.X 1st time i woke up at 6.30 in a long long time.

why isit that when i get good results i dont get praised but when i dont do as well i'm lousy in their eyes? freak them all. is getting 2As really that bad?!
i realize that if my parents and relatives dont mind what results i get, i'll be contented with my results. i got an A for my maths and bio, which i expected, and i even got a B for GP when i just hoped for a C. i dont really care about econs, which i got C, since i was planning to sacrifice it for my other subjects. my only regret is that i got a B for chem when i really wanted an A after all the efforts i put in. hell, i didn't even put in much effort for bio since i was really practicing for chem.
i wish my family will stop stashing their hopes on me, why is getting 2As something to be ashamed of?
stop pushing me before i break, damn it.

So little time, yet so many things to do for CNY and Valentine's Day.
Still I keep wishing that time will go faster - this week apart was arduous, i miss him so much.
Looking forward to sleep cuz now the only time i can see you is in my dreams.

(And I wanna take my dog out of that damn shut-up toilet.)
